The Sanguine Preventative Health Diagnostic is designed to give employers an honest, aggregated view of workforce health needs - without ever exposing an individual employee's answers.
For each response we count how many of the 6 risk categories are triggered, producing a score from 0 to 6. The report shows the distribution of scores across the workforce - a simple, defensible way to illustrate the depth of preventative health need.
Findings are then used to recommend a targeted Sanguine Preventative Health Program - screenings, ergonomics, fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress management, mental health access, substance-use support, chronic-condition prevention, and workload/flexibility support.
